Fill in your registered details and we'll prepare an email request to our support team. This helps us verify ownership before we process deletion.
If you want to delete your Heal 24/7 account, email us at support@heal247.in from your registered email address or contact our support team and request account deletion.
Please include your full name, registered mobile number, and any other details needed to help us identify your account correctly.
To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized requests, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your deletion request.
If we cannot verify ownership of the account, we may ask for additional information or decline the request until verification is completed.
Once your request is verified and approved, your Heal 24/7 account will be deactivated and personal information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, subject to applicable requirements.
After deletion, you may lose access to consultations, uploaded health records, reports, reminders, AI-generated summaries, and other account-linked features.
Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law, regulation, medical record obligations, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, security, or other legitimate operational purposes.
Where retention is necessary, we will keep only the data needed for those purposes and handle it in line with our privacy and security practices.
We aim to review and process verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible.
The exact timeline may vary depending on account activity, legal obligations, and whether additional verification is required.
